I went to the restaurant with a date and had a lovely evening. The service by Michelle was outstanding!! She read the menu clearly and answered our questions promptly and politely. The atmosphere was beautiful as if I had traveled to France. The food was served in a timely manner. I did not feel rushed and was able to enjoy... More

I traveled to Canon City with my husband and 4 other people. We decided to try Le Petit Chablis because of its ranking on tripadvisor. I was somewhat disappointed. Overall, the food was good, but the service was poor. First, the menu is written on a chalk board in French, so the waitress reads aloud the entire menu. It was... More

Le Petit Chablis alone is worth the trip to Canon City. The food was excellent, the service was superior and the atmosphere was wonderful. It has an intimate feel and the details are very nice...formal dinnerware, tablecloths, and a French ambience.

The small town of Canon City is not known for its gourmet cuisine but there is one exception and Le Petit Chablis is the place. It is a medium sized well kept white tablecloth restaurant. Chef Daniel Petit has done a remarkable job cooking and serving authentic French Cuisine. I ordered Porc Osso Bucco while my wife ordered the red... More

Finding a French restaurant in a small Colorado town was a surprise. The building was previously a home along the main street through Canon City. The menu is written in French on a large chalkboard and the wait staff patiently explains each and every dish. The wait for food was acceptable and the food well prepared.

The historic house creates a great atmosphere, with tables scattered among several rooms. The server was quite professional. The food was good, although not entirely reminiscent of French cooking.

Nothing but good things to say! Great service. AMAZING food. Highly recommended. 10 stars!!! Look at menu prior. Can be confusing if you don't know French.

I had the veggie quiche and broccoli soup and my husband had a sandwich and the soup. We were not disappointed. It was tasty and fresh and inviting to look at. This has become a must stop for us. The tarts were wonderful.

Get a nice taste of France right in Canon City. We enjoyed our anniversary dinner there. My husband got to have pate that was delicious.

If you think you can only get high quality french food in a big city, think again. We ate here the other night, and it was amazingly good. The service was very professional.
