Our waitress was just super friendly, professional and fast! My steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, although my steak was a bit stringy! My wife had the excellent Breakfast Burrito and my step son had the equally as good Hangover Burrito! Both were full of...More

We loved our breakfast at the Columbine Cafe! It's a very popular place and we had to wait around 30 minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it. The service was fantastic, our waiter was super nice and funny, and the food came...More

This place ticks all the boxes for your local greasy spoon (big portions, even for the mimosas, all the usual breakfast foods, and friendly service). Bonus, it doesn't smell like your typical greasy spoon. There's usually a bit of a wait, but the food is...More

A perfect warm, hearty, comfort food type meal. Ideal on a cold, snowy day before heading up the mountain. You’ll leave an empty plate, but not an empty wallet- large portions at affordable prices. You can’t go wrong with a delicious hash and a cup...More

This place gets busy early and for good reason. It’s a bit small so it can’t seat very many people but the food was great. The portions are large so you could share but they do charge you extra if you share orders.

We stopped in here for breakfast while visiting the town while snowboarding at Keystone. The breakfast was awesome. My son and I both had the trout and eggs. It was amazing. The portions are large. Trout, eggs, hash browns, and toast. Enough food for anyone....More

No reservations. It depends when you are going. The earlier in the morning, the better. It can be easily 30 to 45 minutes if you get there after 9:30 or so.
