This is one of best restaurants I’ve eaten at in quite awhile. Very vegetarian friendly. The fig pizza was the bomb.

How to put this into words....EPIC. This was truly an experience of culinary artistry. The menu was incredibly sophisticated and worldly. Easy to tell that each individual ingredient was carefully chosen for that dish. Loved the ambiance and feel of the cute old house that...More

I have come to Ember several times, including on Valentines Day. The food does not disappoint. The menu changes often and it always has something exciting and new on it. Always get dessert here. The staff is friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable.

Just discovered this fantastic foodie delight. Menu was filled with tasty surprises from unusual food combininations (try imagining “fried chicken” stuffed with crab cakes. Not what you think it might taste like, and soooo good). Accompaniments equally exciting and worth own praise. Service impeccable, with...More

A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.
