Yes, it's only a hot dog stand, but the hot dogs are very good and there's a terrific variety from which to choose. Probably wouldn't want to make a steady diet of hot dogs but if you're really hankerin' for a dog and can't get to the ballpark, Mustard's is the place to go!

With a window looking out onto a busy Boulder street, this is a good place for a quick lunch - several options to suit virtually everyone.

Hot dogs are pretty authentic Chicago style. I've had the polish sausage and that's good too. Fries are very good, they are the big starchy kind rather than the crispier, thinner kind like you get at Larkburger. My only beef with this place is the waiting in line and then waiting for your food. They should be able to serve... More

Mustard's is a Boulder staple. Amazing fries, delicious hot dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more. Grab a bite right by the creek!

I am from Chicago and love Vienna Beef hot dogs from the Weiner Circle on Clark St. Visiting Boulder we found this place. It is the closest to a Chicago hot dog we have eaten anywhere. Plus Italian beef and polish were terrific too. Wish it was open late as perfect for a late night snack! We stayed at St... More

I haven't been here in 10 years. Not much has changed. The fries are super good. It was really busy. My whole family enjoyed their meals. Casual meal. There are outside tables but they are hot if you pick a seat that is not in the shade.

Looked up restaurants in Boulder on Tripadvisor and this peaked my interest as am originally from Chicago area. I had the chili cheese dog and my husband had the Italian beef. These were great. So close to Portillos. The Italian beef had a little more heat but excellent. Chili dog was great. We had the hand cut french fries which... More

this is a fast food but individually cooked food for hotdogs, fries and other limited sandwiches. Very tasty; Spartan but appropriate decor; good service (straight counter) and fills our junk food needs (although they do have a tuna filet sandwich). solid local establishment at its best.

We love the Italian Beef sandwiches fully loaded and the Vienna Beef hot dogs. The line gets long on the weekends but the wait is worth it!
