We stopped in based on: 1) we were in the neighborhood and 2) the Trip Advisor reviews seemed favorable... Sadly, we were underwhelmed with the menu selection, they were out of a few of their menu items and we were not impressed overall. We will not he returning....

Very nice ambiance. We especially enjoyed the cucumber, avocado gazpacho with habanero drizzle and beet sorbet. I know, I know, sounds yucky, but the coldness of the sorbet and the slight heat of the habanero sauce made this very complex and interesting. We also had the roasted vegetables (a little bland), the duck confit tacos ( pretty good) and the... More

Always a good meal at Zolos. Atmosphere is a bit busy and some small tables are quite close together, but service has always been efficient and enjoyable. Bets chicken ecnhiladas in town.

A friend and I enjoyed sharing the Squash Poblano Tamales and Blackened Fish Tacos. Both dishes were well prepared and the Tamales were delicious! Gus was engaging and attentive even with the bustle of the Friday night crowd.

Interesting mix of western/mex dishes. Clearly a local favorite, we went at lunch and it was pretty full but we were served quickly. Tasty!

I nearly always have the very good chicken enchiladas ($13) at this long time standby. I get one with the savory green salsa and one with the red salsa that's like a smooth mole. Other dishes can be uneven. The nice side of grilled vegetables I had recently featured sweet potato, broccoli, cauliflower and red cabbage. Noisy.

I love Zolo--they have the best chips and guacamole in town, their food is always fresh, flavorful and consistent. Service is always great. They really need more veg options. I love the tamales, but let's switch it up.

We've enjoyed Zolo over the years and I'm glad to say they're still producing quality meals and a nice atmosphere. I worked at Zolo for a short time back in 1994 so it's fun to go back once a while. The food is still very much in the same Santa Fe style found when they started. The red and green... More

Varied but solid Mexican menu. A lot classier than most "Mexican" restaurants. Food is very good if not great. Typically offers some very good specials so there's something always new to try.

Definitely a place where you'll see a lot of locals. I had been here about 3 years ago for a party and it was great. This time , 2 weeks ago, some stuff was awesome, some was eh. The butternut squash soup was outstanding. I had oysters which were great last time, this time they were overcooked and I did... More
