A nice restaurant with plenty of parking, a great wine list, and a good local menu. I had the trout, which was very nicely done, and several others had the steaks. Food is good. Nice solid restaurant and great for bigger groups.

The restaurant has a cool, inviting wine-country reminiscent decor with hewn beams, fresh flowers and subtle lighting. Service and food were exemplary, from the perfect Caesar Salad (with anchovies, thank you) to the heaping plates of grilled meats and seafoods.

We came here the night after finishing the Boulder 70.3 so were hungry. We didn't leave disappointed. The steaks were awesome, the sides decent and the service was spot on. Even having done the race we had no room for desert or coffee! Totally recommended,...More

The Cork has become a tradition for us, marking another successful completion of the Bolder Boulder. The food (beef Oscar last night) is consistently delicious and served by knowledgable, friendly waitstaff. The atmosphere is comfortable, certainly suitable for a Date Night.

Upscale food in a relaxed setting. This was the best dinner we had in our week long trio to Colorado. The lamb with the Cork potato was outstanding. The lamb was locally raised and to top it off I got to meet the rancher at...More

Unless you're rich even by Boulder standards, this is a "special event" place and, in some ways, lives up to it, but certainly not all. Celebrating an event yesterday, three of us went before 6:00 to take advantage of the "early dinner" menu. We had...More

It's important to us at the Cork to use top quality ingredients for our dishes, many of which are sourced from local ranchers and farmers. While this can drive up prices a bit, we think it's a small price to pay for fresh food that...More

I don't understand all the negative comments. Went to the Cork for first time since 1975, sat at the bar on a Saturday night and had great service. (Moved away) The martini was good, albeit small. But the price was reasonable. Ordered the Colorado lamb...More

The fish in Thai coconut curry was delicious! The curry surrounded the Jasmine rice and gave it great Asian flavor. The prime rib was cooked just right and had little fat. The mashed potatoes had a wonderful but not over-powering smokey taste. The affogato and...More
