Have only been to the Cutthroat for breakfast but we are happy to go back again and again. Just a very friendly place, great food at a great price. You feel like you're in their home and they are cooking just for you.

I have only been here once. Breakfast was great and the coffee was good. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Since this is a local morning coffee/ breakfast spot it can be pretty crowded but don't let that stop you from a great breakfast.

We left Breck via the Boreas Pass. We came upon this around lunch time. Was a weekday and lunch time but about half full. Food was good, atmosphere was quirky (but not cutthroat lol), however I would have liked food and service to be a little quicker. Still a good spot to stop. And since you're there, check out the... The cafe is charming, with a theme of fishing. ("Cutthroat" is the name of a species of trout, not the character of the owner or customers.) But at least when we went, there was no trout on the menu. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, with a side of cottage cheese, and my husband had the tuna melt, with a... More

Stopped in on our way to Ouray. Ordered the tuna melt and it was amazing. Served with fries, it was the perfect lunch. Would love to go back again sometime. Traveling with friends and they enjoyed their meals also.

This was a stop along our drive through the mountains. The service was friendly, the other patrons were friendly and the food was typical diner food. Nothing special, but enough to fill you up on your journey. There aren't a lot of choices for food in this area, but this place did just fine for a quick lunch. They had... More

Chip and the crew at Cuttroat are always ready to please and serve up such generous portions. Any time I am even NEAR Bailey, I make time to visit for breakfast or lunch.

More like home-cooking, not anywhere close to fine-dining. Pretty good menu variety, fair prices, reasonable service. Nothing special but fills the tummy.
