The service was good. But the food was mediocre at best. Sauce for simple enchiladas was canned with a canned taste. The salad was wilted. We were there on a Saturday night about 7pm. It should have been fresh.

I'm a rock clilmber and come to Joshua Tree a lot from LA and this is my go to Mexican place. The food is good and so are the margaritas. I've never had a bad meal here and everyone I dine with always likes their food too. I find the prices to be reasonable. The service isn't the greatest -... More
Our food was good. All of it came out correctly and quickly. However, our waitress never came back to check on our table. Period. We had to flag someone else down to get our check. No drink refills, didn't even get the extra salsa we asked for.
We were staying at the Super 8 next door and popped in for supper. The place was packed, always a good sign. Even though there was a lineup at the door we were promptly seated. All the staff were very friendly. The menu is substantial. Chips and salsa were brought to our table right away. I had the burrito especial... More
I always order their cheese enchilada, chicken taco with rice and beans. They never disappoint. Arriving before 3:00 you are able to order their lunch specials which are always yummy!
I love their food . Arroz con Camerones is what I usually get . My wife got a Veggie burrito. Both were great , generous portions quick service . Reasonably priced. I had them Cater our wedding in Pioneer Town October 2011. They did a great job .
This is a chain restaurant with locations in the lower and high desert. I swore off the low desert locations years ago, but dined at the Yucca Valley location recently, due to someone else's choice. I found it no different than the others. The margaritas are terrible. They taste like they are made with 7-UP. The food is bland and... More
This restaurant has a nice and clean atmosphere with friendly service. It offers many delicious items especially the excellent meatball soup! They serve the most amazing Flautas!!
Everything about this place was good. The service was excellent even during the lunch rush hour. It's a very popular place. We just happened on this spot passing through town. The food is really tasty. I grew up in Southern California and this is some of the best Mexican food I've had. They have a really tasty sauce over the... More
