A nice, small, fine food restaurant near us. Out of the way but worth it. Chef usually visits each table. Season foods.

My wife and I just celebrated our anniversary at this wonderful restaurant. We have had several dinners there. All have been spectacular. It's a unassuming little place in a Yorba Linda strip mall. The owner/chef is very creative and personable. The food is always exceptional and interesting. If you're lucky he will play the piano and sing for you too.

The restaurant is very cozy and located in a strip mall; the cuisine is California-Italian with fusion French influences. We were graciously greeted by the wait staff and lucky that we had a reservation. The Wild Napoleon Artichoke appetizer contains mushroom shallots, artichokes in a light puff pastry. We had the halibut with artichoke special and paired nicely with Keenan... More

This is a fun and cozy place in a nice and quiet location. Good parking which is helpful. The menu is really interesting with a bit of a theme around artichokes as the name of the restaurant suggests. The steak frites is excellent, as are the pasta dishes. The tomahawk pork chop--a signature dish--looked gigantic and very yummy. One can... More

My wife and I had dinner with another couple at the Wild Artichoke in mid September 2016. The restaurant is small but clean and nicely decorated. It was our first visit so I'm limited to reviewing what I had. I'm from New Orleans and grew up with jambalaya. I make a good jambalaya dish (I think) and love to taste... More

Fantastic, gourmet food hidden away in a sleepy strip mall in Yorba Linda. Every dish in an ever changing menu is phenomenal, and the owner always makes time for his guests. The artichoke dip given as an accompaniment to the bread is to die for. Highly, highly recommended.

I've been going here for 16 years. I've also had them cater parties. The food is delicious. They have their usuals and yummy specials.

If you're looking for a gourmet menu and 5 Star presentation with the friendliest serving staff in the area, I absolutely recommend The Wild Artichoke. It's a small restaurant in a very unassuming location toward the back of a strip center in Yorba Linda. The menu is slightly different every night based on the freshest ingredients and the chefs creativity.... More
