This is a convenient location since it's right off the freeway, but the food is just okay....nothing to write home about. They do have some nice choices at the salsa bar. Their beans could use a bit more flavor.

We have been coming here almost every Sunday for close to ten years. Get the #16 taco/enchilada combo with whole beans, spicey. Carnitas and Pastor are our favorite tacos. Always get plenty of different salsas. The flavors are complex and wonderful. Service is prompt always. A smile is always returned with interest. A frown may be met appropriately also...This is... My husband and I went here for a business lunch. We both got a special. The food wasn't anything special. There wasn't a lot of flavor seasoning in our meal but we also like to get our Mexican food with lots of hot spices but not everyone likes their food hot. The business was busy so maybe we just didn't... More

My family and I went there with 3 adults and 2 children (they just ordered rice). It was $60 and not all that great.

Authentic Mexican food in a no frills setting. A huge menu with about every Mexican delicacy you can think of. This is an order at the counter and find a place to sit restaurant.. No wait staff, makes for fast service and excellent Mexican food. Place is filled with locals... That says a lot. 3.75 for a Mexican beer and... More

This is a great Taqueria to visit for authentic Mexican food and beverages in West Sacramento, CA. I've always had wonderful food at this restaurant. I even had my retirement gathering here and Angelica and the staff were so gracious and kind....they decorated and catered the entire party for 60+ guests, including fresh hand-made tortillas for all. Try the Carnitas,... More

We eat here regularly. It doesn't really matter whether it is breakfast, lunch OR dinner, it is always terrific. The flavors are authentic and delicious. The service is wonderful. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Try the avocado salsa in the salsa bar.... MMMMGOOOD! The pozole served on the week ends is also delicious.

A personal favorite because it is a place I take my family for nights we don't cook. The food is always good and we love the salsa bar that comes with any orders over $5.00. My kids loves chips and dip and this is a great place for it. I love the buche tacos, my kids loves the carnitas tacos,... More

Great, cheap mexican food. I love stopping here for carry out and everything is always prepared fast and fresh. They have great breakfast choices and they can all be made in to burrito! The huevos ranchero burrito is amazing!

Nothing special, just fuel for the body really. Been there multiple times with different people and it's right about a 2.5 in the 5 star chart.
