Food is okay standard Mexican food. Their salsa is very good, though. They have two radio stations that come in for happy hour on Tues. and Weds. that give away prizes, that is fun.

Went there for lunch because it was fairly near the Home Depot and we needed some parts for a project. Very pleasant environment and service was excellent. Food was tasty but not much like Mexican food in Mexico. More like an upscale Taco Bell. I'll probably go back simply because it was convenient and pretty good value.

My family of four ordered take-out based on the reviews from Trip Advisor. We were not impressed and agreed there wasn't much flavor to the meal. To be fair, I believe that a person becomes accustomed to their local Mexican restaurant and because of that...it is hard to appreciate other places.

We've enjoyed eating at Cilantro's for more than 15 years. They are very consistently good, with absolutely dee-licious salsa (our favorite vegetable)! Initially I only gave them 4 stars because the external ambiance isn't ocean front. BUT... On further thinking, I heartily give them a full 5 star rating, because the food really IS exceptional. They have excellent live Mariachi... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Cilantro's. The restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. I had the Tacos De Mariscos with sautéed shrimp and my husband had the Rib-Eye, a marinated rib-eye steak that is charbroiled and served with tomatillo salsa with guacamole and tortillas. The chips served before the meal are made with very thin tortillas and came with... More

We went here based on a Tripadvisor review and we were not disappointed. I tried the Chile Verde based on that review and I am glad I did. So a special shout-out to Tripadvisor 1LifeOfTravel. And btw, I like your profile pic. The salsa and freshly cooked tortilla chips was the first sign that we chose correctly. The salsa is... More

It was ok.... Crazy busy for a weeknight. Not enough staff because a good portion if their tables were empty, looked like more staff was needed(seems to be the case everywhere these days).Ordered some shredded chicken and tortillas /sour cream/beans so I could make my own tacos. Took 30 minutes to get done(nothing needed cooking)! Ok portions but the chicken... More

If you're lucky enough to be driving through Santa Cruz County, consider stopping for lunch or dinner at Cilantros in Watsonville. The menu is complete. Great for a enjoyable lunch or dinner. Whether you're with friends, family, or business associates, you're in for a good meal. The portions are good and the whether you order a simple meal of enchiladas... More

Dinner here on 11/10/16. Had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, and chose the shredded chicken. I asked for a little extra rice and the plate came with more food than I had expected. Lori had a burrito which she was able to order exactly as she wanted it including everything she wanted and nothing she did not. The Lagunitas... More
