This delightful treasure is in the small town of Volcano and SO worth the travel ! The menu is stellar ... not a dish on the ( often) seasonal menu with some phenomenal staples.... that you wouldn't want to try ! You are treated like royalty and you just can't go wrong... another fabulous presentation by Mark and Tracy

Mouth watering heavenly bites for a fraction of what you would pay anywhere else! The chef is outstanding and Tracy and her husband have made themselves a beloved couple who have taken dining to the next level for the little hamlet they live in.

We enjoyed the oysters, onion soup, the Chicken sun dried pesto aioli sandwich with a side salad and local beer. This wonderful little spot is worth the drive and filled with locals. Outstanding service. The only disappointment was the blasted TV in the corner that no one was watching.

I have had a few great meals here. The fried chicken is out of this world, it has a great crunchy outside (with very little grease) and moist chicken inside which is the main dish I always order because I cant find chicken like this anywhere else. They have a great selection of drinks and great service.

We are local so enjoy this spot several times a year. The service is wonderful, the food is always properly prepared and fresh, and the setting is quaint - mid-1800s hotel conversion.

My family and I always enjoy this quiet spot for a great meal or a quick drink and small bite. During the day we prefer the beautiful outdoor patio. Evenings we prefer the bar dining area. List of excellent dishes is long, with fired chicken near the top for me. This is a can't-miss stop for a foodie, traveler or local... More

We had a couple fantastic meals at this pub. The beer was good too. Service was very pleasant and efficient. Servings were generous, supplying some excellent leftovers.

As local residents (5 min from the Union by car), we have been loyal customers since Tracey and Mark Berkner opened their special gastropub. The food is always great, locally sourced and seasonal. The service is exceptional: The kitchen will do exactly what you ask - no up-charges for substitutions, etc. And the ambience can't be beat - great Gold... More
