This place fills up at lunch time. I call to reserve a table, and about 20-30 minutes until lunch (around11:30) I call in my order. I usually still have to wait for my food, but not as long as when I order there. The food is really yummy. I pretty much always order the tofu and brown rice dish. I... More

Me and my family have been eating at Ellie's for about six years now. My favorites are their BBQ chicken wrap and butternut squash soup. Honestly, we have never had any bad food or service here. Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town, I always take them to Ellie's and they all really like the food... More

Maybe a bit of a wait but well worth it! Great gluten free options! Best buckwheat pancakes ever! Quite popular, as any good restaurant you want to eat where the locals do.. and this is it! Friendly staff and customers! Overall a happy place with midrange prices!

We have eaten here plenty of times. The food is good and they usually are willing to let you order breakfast all day (sadly not always, so ask first and have a backup plan). The soups are good and they typically have plenty of options. They have lots of vegetarian options available as well. Service can take a long time... More

My son lives next to this place and i have to say i was surprised how good it was, terrific selection on menu. I had the Pastrami on sourdough.. i was very pleased with the sandwich. Its a sit down or take out place.. The four of us had good sandwiches and they served Parducci wines which was a bonus..... More

I went with a friend and wasn't sure about having this. While waiting in line, I saw the waitress walk by with three plates that looked amazing. I asked my friend what it was, she said, "Chicken and Brown Rice." I ordered and when it arrived... "Ahhhh!!!" It was truly a culinary delight. Packed with fresh vegetables, the perfect seasonings,... More

Ive never had a disappointment here. Thet the grilled chicken sandwich. Has a lovely light lemony mustard sauce. It's always freshly made. Sometimes it gets busy, but they power through the orders - you won't wait long

Great hot dogs. I love the cheese dog. Great variety. Salads are all good and I love the #1 brown rice with veggies and sour cream / yoghurt. Its absolutely delicious. Have been going here for years. Popular Ukiah restaurant. I give it 4 stars because its very plain seating.
