The Tustin Franchise is a family resturant with good parking, good service, and good prices. When you sit down at a table or booth of your own choosing you will get chips, salsa, and a plate of frijoles immedialty. They have a large selection of Mexican beers on tap including my favoriate. But for me, best of all homemade menudo... More

....in the heart of Tustin. This ain't no El Torito or Don Jose. Just real, home style Mexican cooking. Open for breakfast, lunch or dinner you're sure to find something to fill you up with south of the border happiness.

One of the most underrated elements of Mexican cuisine are soups. However, many Americans are a little reluctant to try soups like menudo or pozole because they’re unfamiliar with some of the ingredients. Perhaps the most accessible of the classic Mexican soups to the American palate is albondigas (meatball soup), and no one does it better in Tustin, CA than... More

I usually get the #5 which is a chile relleno and enchilada, but just about everything I have tried I have liked. The owner is always there and treats everyone like a friend. If you go a few times, he remembers who you are and welcomes you back. Very informal, relaxed atmosphere.

We don't like standard fast food and enjoy this restaurant for take out Flavors are very good and authentic. Better than most of the Mexican food.

Its like they said, Authentic Mexican Food. The staff is really friendly and courteous. I think it was the owner who was at the register and was very nice and talked a little bit with us, as we were from out of town. The best item on the menu is the Mocaljete! filled with beef, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, onions, cheese... More

I really like their fish tacos. Just a little different style than those served at many other fish taco speciality shop but definitely tied for first with Wahoo's.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff. The decor is a little dated but it adds to the charm. While you make your drink/food selection, you can snack on chips, salsa, and some of the best refried beans you will find outside of mom's kitchen. The beans alone keep me coming back. The food is... We have neighbors who rave about Super A's and we've been less than impressed. We ordered "standard" Americanized-Mexican food off the menu (tacos, enchilladas, etc.) and found the tacos to be plain (I swear they use store-bought "folded" corn totilla shells) and the enchiladas to be very dry. When I mentioned this to the server he wasn't sure what my... More

Good food, needs a renovation badly. Bathrooms are falling apart and the place looks kind of dirty.
