I loved my steak I ordered from room service - top quality - great veggies and delicious. The Gin and Tonic was the finishing touch!

Not much atmosphere in the restaurant. Staff is warm and attentive. Ordered cioppino and wife brasserie burger. My seafood stew was great with wonderful broth and pleantyof seafood. Burger was large and very tasty and had plenty of fries. Breakfast is always good here.

I would say this place is better for meeting up with friends and having a drink than it is for food. The food is okay, but nothing special.

The restaurant has a nice ambiance. The food is good as well as the service! We had the breakfast menu and it was to die for!

I took my 89 year old mother out for Christmas dinner and she wanted to eat at The Brasserie at the Hyatt. OMG. How far the Hyatt has fallen! The staff apparently thought they were at a party and all night long they bantered loudly back and forth with one another, completely oblivious to the diners. The kitchen is open... More

Entire family loved breakfast. The veggie wrap (tomato tortilla with an omelette, kale, feta cheese) was simply amazing

I have eaten at the Brasserie with clients and family for many years and have enjoyed the lunch until a few weeks ago. They now have a very, very.limited menu and seem to be more interested in the conferences then the guests of the hotel.

Excellent service and more than generous breakfast portions. The evening prior the Brasserie put together a bread and cheese platter for us to take to our room.

Stayed at the Hyatt for 5 days and all 5 days they served the same bean and sausage soup. Ask on several occasions if they had any vegetable based soup and everyday they would tell me tomorrow, well folks the soup never changes. I'm allergic to pork and I couldn't even order soup. Thanks kitchen.

I was staying at the Hyatt and I came here for breakfast twice. Very nice menu and be prepared to eat, the portions are large. I had the Huevos Rancheros one day which was so good and spicy. The next day I had the eggs which were made just right. The waitstaff is very friendly and quick. A wonderful place... More
