This place has friendly staff and great tasting food. You can choose to sit out or inside. This is definetly one of the best Mexican places to eat in Santa Monica at a reasonable price!

They have a good menu. Kids might have a problem finding something they like. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was good. A little too much slaw on the tacos, but overall tasty.

This place is "eye candy" from the minute you walk in the door. It's a surfer-type motif with tv's playing fun clips. The food is quite tasty and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. This would be a fun place to come with pre teen boys who are interested in all things surf. This location is close enough... More

We had not really understood that the place is really one like Chipotle where you take your orders at the cashier. Apart from that it is really cool and the food was great with very fair pricing.

Love the Hawaii looks. Love their Koluo Pig Bowl. Value for money meal, less than 10 dollars. Friendly staff.

We stopped in because it was highly rated mid-price seafood joint close to us as we were wandering near the Santa Monica Promenade. Everyone comments about the fish tacos, and they're right about them - they are delicious. Large fried fish filets with pico, lime-marinated slaw, and fresh crema. My companion ordered the spicy version, and he thought it was... More

Very friendly and helpful staff. The fish burrito's were excellent - fresh and well flavoured. It is well positioned and within walking distance of the main shopping area.

I didn't try the fish tacos, but I did have the beef ones and they were one of the best I've ever had. Lots of flavor, perfectly cooked, and packed a bunch for the taste buds. Great portions at a great price, making it an excellent value. Nice location near the 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica Pier for something... More

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighbourhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
