I waited 30 minutes for my Gyros. They weren't even all that busy. After 30 minutes, I asked about it, they said "its coming". I waited another 5 min and left empty handed. I was late and didn't have time to spend getting a refund. Of course I won't be back..

I love falafels and this place, though small offered some great dishes including a yummy falafel plate. For a vegetarian, it was nice to find this just across the road from the Santa Clara Marriott where we were staying. Great service as well

This was a gem that we decided to eat at for lunch one day while staying close by for a conference. We were with our 2 younger children (8 and 6). Food had great flavor. The pita bread was warm and soft. Hummus was well seasoned. The owner was very kind and our kids even took notice, The prices are... More

We're staying across the street at the Marriott and walked over to see if there were any good places to eat. Wow! The food was delicious! It was fresh, made with care and so good! I had a chicken kabob and garlic fries. Best garlic fries ever! And my chicken was flavorful and juicy. My BF had the chicken kabob... More

Have had lots of middle eastern food but never Turkish before. Was very interesting and different tasting. Plan on spending about $20 per person [in 2016].

Went here after reading great reviews about it. Had the falafel great value meal, the gyro, chicken sandwich, and cheeseburger for the four of us. Initially, my daughter and I were supposed to share the falafel..well, yeah that didn't happen because is was so good. The banana shake tasted fresh. The gyro was also excellent. Be prepared to wait in... More

We had the lamb and beef wraps and the tasty d- dessert (honey-cheese-crunchy wheat threads) . Everything was fresh, very tasty and seemed to be made right at the cafe. We want to come back!!

After working nearby for many years, finally stopped in today to have lunch. We wanted to try the falafels (to compare to the more famous drive in on West San Carlos) and also ordered the chicken kabab platter. The Bay Area has many Mediterranean restaurants which are more well known, the food at Cafe Falafel is among the best I've... More
