Arrived 10am for breakfast. Ample parking. Quick and friendly service. Had the BSOM omelette which was very good. The only downside was my friend's car got hit in the parking lot by someone backing out of the 7 11 so don't Park at the end of a row!

If you're from the Midwest, this is the place to go for that "welcoming" attitude in the food and service. They use "fresh ingredients, as well as organic as they can, and even a vegetarian dish or two. Family operated where everyone is welcomed and gets the best service. No standoffish or zoned out workers at this establishment. Turkey is... More

The food here was pretty good, actually; but I'll never go back. Why? Because the owner and the employees called me "honey" and put their hands on my shoulders, for one thing. For another, it's very obviously a religious restaurant, and when I go out to eat, I don't expect religion to be a part of the experience.

There with local family after a kids soccer game -- perfect quick serve via order at counter line -- then pick up - yet a nice variety on the menu - for all. Very simple seating and booths - kids could roam. Had small selection of beers/wine for adults

Food is ok. It's a very local place. Like the bar in Cheers. Regulars are greeted warmly. The food isn't outstanding buy it's not bad. Comfort food without any flourishes. I've visited 4 times and the woman owner is so friendly. The son doesn't have the same people skills.

My favorite is the Mariah 'blue burger' - juicy burger with blue cheese and onions. I've also had the bacon burger. I like to sit outside on the patio, which has sun umbrellas, on nice days - which, because this is in greater San Diego, are most days. Also, the service is very warm and friendly.

Visited recently with a friend for a Friday breakfast. At 8am was really quiet. Nice clean diner with indoor/outdoor seating. Service was very quick. Had an International omelette with hash browns and toast. I rate it good, but not great. My friend goes often and really likes it. Very reasonable prices and certainly worth a return visit.

Have gone here many times for breakfast with family. The staff are friendly and everyone feels welcome. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Their chicken fried steak breakfast is a hit with my family. Big portions and reasonably priced!

I use to frequent this place when it was in Carlsbad. Absolutely loved it. I was so happy to find out it is 7 minutes from where I live now. Wonderful staff, great food and great Bloody Mary's. Plenty of parking too. They have dinner specials on Friday nights only. I have yet to try it though. Good home cooking... More

Excellent breakfast!! I travel the country for work and constantly seek out top notch breakfast places. Mariahs is now on top of my list. The food was outstanding and combined with exceptional service makes this one of the best cafes I have visited.
