Sometimes when you're traveling on business you find a little place that could become a nice little haunt if you were to be back frequently. This is one of those. I had a delicious bowl of pho with bbq pork and shrimp served by the kindest lady who saw to it that I could have just one spring roll rather... More

A late lunch but service was fast and jiffy. I ordered the meet ball noodle soup but I was rather disappointed. The noodles was a mix of the flat rice noodle and rice vermicelli noodle, which obviously wasn't well cooked. Both noodles were still lumped in a ball, and wasn't separated during cooking. The beef balls were a bit tough... More

Great pho. Very busy but had quick service and excellent food. I would definitely come back again if in the area.

I find their Pho refreshing and excellent, the chicken was noisy and tender and the flavorful onions added a great taste. I highly recommend the pho soup and the spring rolls. If you do come here enjoy the atmosphere and quiet location. The patio level seating was great and I loved the lights! Make sure to ask for some hot... More

Needed a place to walk from Double Tree Hilton, so I looked up a bunch of places between Trip Advisor and Google and chose Pho Viet. Made an excellent choice - food was excellent spring rolls were perfect and so was the pork/shrimp & rice. I didn't feel like soup but I am sure if I ordered Pho it too... More

I went there for breakfast based on the reviews on this site, and wasn't disappointed. I had no idea what to choose, so the waitress had a tasty bowl of mixed meat Pho made up for me.

In town on business with an afternoon off. Stopped in to here to try the Pho. Really glad that I did. Place was very crowded but the staff was busy clearing tables and finding a place for me. I had chicken pho. The chicken was all white meat, sliced and then poached as it was in perfectly formed strips. Broth... More

It had been some months since I got together with my friends for a Friday lunch at Pho Viet, our go-to place for pho in San Jose. All three of us order the seafood pho (#41), which we like very much. It was not as good this time as in times past. Why? First, the egg noodles were limp. One... More

Came here with a friend on our way up to San Fransisco. We both had the soft rolls with pork. The peanut sauce was delicious. I got the beef with rice vermicelli and my friend for the chicken pho. Both were amazing and we left happy customers.

I came here to meet a friend. Parking is good, there are plenty. Servers were quick and recommended a nice dish from the menu. This is a plus specially when you are not familiar with the restaurant. Food arrived fairly quickly. Setting is ordinary, there are some inside and out. The general location has several other eateries. We chose this... More
