Boba milk tea is good but not the best when it comes to milk tea. They have appetizers type menu not real selection of food but good for a snack or appetizers and drinks in a social atmosphere. Like it but I have had better.

As an alternate to a bar, this place was busy on a Sat night, clean, open and a nice place to hang out. Service was attentive and fast. It was late so the caffeine free tea I opted for was Chrysanthemum flower tea -- no sugar. A nice hot big pot for me. My friend got the hot milk boba... More

LOVE this place. We stayed across the street at the Hilton San Gabriel. Went here daily for tea and rice. Hot green tea every morning...so good. Green Matcha Tea Ice Cream at night. Loved it so much and so addicted to it. Was the best tea around and yummy boba. The picture is the matcha green tea smoothie with ice... More

Waking up we decided instead of coffee we wanted tea and this place was above expectations. Very glad we came across this location, my fiancé was amazed.

If there was ever an example of hiring the wrong people, this is it. We came here on a week night (Thursday 6/14), so no excuses ( 8 empty tables). I had just gotten through raving about the taro balls and how I love this place to some friends. Wow! Should have kept my mouth shut. Management needs to understand... More

It's a chain but they do have good drinks and desserts. Their snacks are pretty good too. Good place to hang out and chill.

But ended to have a snack. Variety of snacks, lunch and dinner foods are available. the cost was in the mid range. our snacks cost like eating lunch in some Restaurant places. The service is average and server are not too attentive. The place is average in size but diners were few..

All the teas are sweeten even if asked for no sugar. No sugar is not an option. I ordered regular rose black tea without realizing it was served with four teaspoon of sugar syrup. Teeth hurting sweet. I asked if I can exchange the tea because I misunderstood. The management said it was my fault so they only offered to... More
