Super cool atmosphere, fresh, local ingredients, and great service! The tomato soup was so good I kept reaching across the table to steal some from my husband! Just give in to the cheddar biscuits ... few carbs are worth it like those are. The pulled pork sandwich with fried egg and brick chicken were both delicious, and the whole experience... More

Felt discriminated because of being the Latino. I asked a question about a vine and the manager came to tell me that i should go to the university or order a vine on-line. Dont recommend the place. Bad people. Really bad people. DO NOT GO.

Please do yourself a favor and don't skip Farmstead. This is a favorite amongst my friend group and for a very good reason. First, let me disclose that I did not have wine here. I had every intention to sip a nice rose with my meal, but as I was about to order at the bar, I saw one of... More

Some of the best ribs I've ever eaten- Great bark, smoke and fall of the bone tenderness! Service was spot on. Pricing is reasonable for the portions.

We were seated in the leather booths on a fall night and ordered two Tito's martinis...they were perfectly made and the setting was delightful, hearthy and familiar, like a favorite relatives country home. The menu was diverse and we found it difficult deciding with all the options...we went with the artichoke with gribiche, trout and gnocchi - everything was exceptional.... More

I had business Northeast of Sacramento and was staying in Sonoma. On my way back to my hotel, I decided to make the trip to dine at Farmstead. I am so glad I did. It was a Wednesday night but you would have thought it was a Friday. The place was busy. As soon as I walked in the heavenly... More

After doing a bit of research and reading of online reviews in search of a great lunch place in Napa Valley, we headed to Farmstead. We have our ‘tried and true’ places and wanted somewhere we hadn’t been yet. Make sure you make a reservation too; Farmstead is super popular and without one expect 1 hour++ waits for a table.... Really I should not be telling anyone else about this place so I can get a table. People, Farmstead is fabulous. The best! Seriously, it is our favorite restaurant. Nothing fussy but everything well done and fresh. They have beautiful flowers and a happy staff. The two times we have been just leave us wanting to come back for more.... More

I've been coming here for years but it seems like this trip there was a huge number of "beautiful" people. But the food is still the main atttraction. We had the deviled eggs and they were sublime with a little heat from chile and a silkiness that I don't know how they pulled off but it was great. The kale... More

Description
Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant showcases the seasonal, ingredient-driven American farmhouse cooking of executive chef Stephen Barber. LMR Grass-fed Beef CheeseburgerHoused in a former nursery barn, our 110-seat restaurant revolves around a central open kitchen with booth and central seating, community dining, and a full bar. We feature an authentic farm-to-table menu. The ingredients are foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef and lamb, organic and sustainably produced eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and honey. Possessing a substantial background in Southern cooking styles, Stephen emphasizes a wood-burning element for select dishes. Stephen's kitchen is also outfitted with a plancha, a cast-iron grill ideal for searing Long Meadow Ranch's healthy, tender, and flavorful grass-fed beef and lamb. Community tables at Farmstead restaurantFarmstead at Long Meadow Ranch's restaurant wine program features Long Meadow Ranch Winery's elegant and balanced wines, as well as other domestic and international wines selected by Chris Hall to complement the restaurant's American farmhouse cooking. LMR and Farmstead wines are also available to purchase to-go at the Logan-Ives House cellar door. There is no corkage fee at Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch. Instead, a $5-per-bottle fee is collected as a donation to a featured local community-building not-for-profit organization each month. We call this program Corkage for Community. Outdoor bar at Farmstead restaurantOutdoors in season, guests can enjoy a meal among the espalier apple trees, drinks at the bar, or relax with friends and family by the cozy wood-fired authentic forge. Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 6 PM we offer a Growers' Happy Hour with specially-priced cocktails, beer, and wine and a special bar menu. We also offer Weekly Traditions featuring special friendly, casual menus on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nghts and on Sunday for brunch. Live entertainment on Fridays. The regular menu is available everyday. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Walk-ins are welcome
