My friend and I have been looking forward to finally eating here. We had heard good things about this place for years. After a few minutes of waiting at the door, a man raced past us, grabbed menus and led us to a booth. We slid over to the empty table next to it as the booth looked really uncomfortable.... More

Three Sisters opened their Mexican eatery in 1999 in east Sac. There's a bar, and tended succulents and shrubs screen the patio from the noise of traffic on nearby Folsom Blvd., while a large Chinese Pistache tree provides shade. Cards accepted. If you want to avoid the weekend brunch hour-long wait at Bacon & Butter or Tower, Three Sisters rarely... More

Was visiting my sister in Roseville and got the opportunity to eat at Three Sisters for breakfast one morning. Luckily, we were there at an odd time, so got seated right away. It can get very busy as we saw when we were leaving. The have a good menu,, I did the southwestern type burrito and luckily shared it with... More

Good service and great food. Only draw back is it is so popular that there is usually a line out the door.

OMG, the food and margaritas here are really good. This place has great outdoor seating and the food is some of the best I've eaten. While they have traditional and expected mexican dishes, try the Cameron's 3 Sisters....it won't disappoint if you like spicy with a kick.

Room had typical decor for a Mexican restaurant....colorful and inviting. A spicy salsa served with tortilla chips was a good introduction. I always judge a Mexican restaurant by its chile relleno and this one passed the test. It was light on batter and had a little kick. My wife enjoyed her hard-shell beef tacos, and our friends gave thumbs up... More

In town for a family reunion. Suggested dinner with some cousins, Mexican, and they suggested here. Apparently, my cousins are regulars and are well known to the staff and owners so when we arrived we were made to feel right at home. Including a pitcher of margarita (great). We had a variety of dishes-beef and chicken- and all were great.... More

Got together with family for dinner. The food was very good - try the carnitas! Margaritas by the pitcher. Owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Surprisingly good, authentic Mexican food near UC Davis Medical Center. Friendly attentive service. Sit outside and enjoy the fresh air (it is a bit dark and dank inside). A basket of chips arrives soon after you sit down -- they are so good I tend to eat too many!

We rode on the American River Parkway so built up a good appetite. Three Sisters did not disappoint. In fact, we HAD to eat here twice in 5 days. Big servings, delicious food! Between the two of us we had tacos, cheese enchaladas and a tamale. We loved the guacamole, not hot and spicey, but just right. Will be back... More
