Our son chose CR GIBBS for his 21st birthday dinner. Bad choice! We made reservations for 5. Upon arrival the desk person was sour and very unwelcoming. Upon seating , we had great difficulty hearing conversation. Conversation could only include 3 at a time... noisy. Our sever was very pleasant, but service was poor. We had to wait for drinks... Anna the waitress made us feel at home and happy. We arrived from out of town fter a grueling few days of sports and driving. All we wanted was some good food and nothing to complain about. This place answered the call and then some! Great food, decent prices (this is a sit down fine dine retaurant), and great service... More

This resturant adjoins Best Western Hilltop in Redding, CA. They offer hotel guests free breakfast buffet that is well stocked. I've had many meals here, over several years, and have never been disappointed. An excellent menu at reasonable prices.

My wife and I enjoy eating local instead of chains. this location is very nicely appointed, and the food was good , both in portions and taste. Since we did stay there for several days we enjoyed their free breakfast. Great variety, hot eggs and potatoes, cereal, fresh fruit, juices and fresh coffee. Servers were friendly.

Fish taco were pricey. And not that good to justify the price. The Muffaletta (heated) not good! Not happy with our food experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. I have been here many times --- I think I'm done.

The food and drinks are really good and on Thursdays, they have a band playing. The burgers are out of this world, and they have good beer on tap. The bartender made me a Hendriks gin and tonic with cucumber...yum.

Visited for lunch and had the fish tacos. Good flavor and ample portion. A little pricey but worth it.

Went for lunch with clients. The food was amazing !! I had the Nicois salad. Yum! The ahi ahi was perfect. Both of my clients very much enjoyed their meal as well. The wait staff did great. Atmosphere was seriously lacking. Very dated.

The martinis were perfectly dirty, and the service was great. The menu has a nice selection that seems to be done in a very reasonable time frame. Not to loud or crowded its a nice comfortable clean spot for an after work drink!

Thank Charlie K
