Stopped here for a quick lunch while on business in the area. Very cool vibe to building interior and huge selection of sandwiches. Had a classic Reuben sandwich, side and drink. Sandwich was gorgeous, very nicely seasoned pastrami complimented by pickles, sauerkraut and cheese. Would love to eat here again and try some of the other products

Cost more and taste more for the money, a large usually cost over $12 bucks. But they never shy on meat, you get lots of it. Might want to phone in order, line gets long during lunch hours.

California's idea of what a New York Deli is like was a bit of a treat this morning. They have the hot dogs, the pastrami sandwiches, even the ice cream cones. They also have the New York style pricing structure in effect. Yes, it's a bit pricey here. Two breakfast sandwiches and two smallish cups of coffee came to 17... More

I am near on business a few times a year and this is a favorite lunch spot. The food is great! The service is good if you go in about 11 for lunch, but it seems to get really crowded around 12 when I have been there They don't do a great job staying caught up. It can take a... More

From reading the other reviews, I wonder if they even went to the same restaurant I did. While they offer a staggering amount of choices, the quality is scarcely better than your average Subway and twice the price. Expect a 40+ minute wait for your sandwich if you come here for lunch. Talk about fresh, this is the place to go, from their meats, bread, to their veggies. Friendly staff and great prices. What else do you want in a place to eat?

I have been going to Gandolfos ever since they opened. The price might be a bit higher than some places, but you get a lot of sandwich! I recommend you order it "deli style"...for just a little bit more money they pile the meat on extra thick! The employees are always gracious. The restrooms are clean. They have overflow seating... My husband and I LOVE this place. Once you eat here, you will never want to eat another sandwich from any other place. There is a huge menu, the sandwich sizes are big, and there's lots of "meat" on every sandwich.... no scimping on anything! They will make it exactly how you want it. They have amazing hot dogs.. side... More

I LOVE New York and hate places that claim to have "new York style" food! But this place hit it right on the head! Pastas as great and sandwiches are even better! I've had a pastrami hotdog, chicken sandwich, meatball sandwich and turkey provolone sandwich! Each one better than the last! I love this place!

Wow - went for lunch and it is amazing how large the menu is. The sandwich I chose was great and the cookies that they sell there are to die for. I will definitely be back. Go early at lunch time since this place gets packed and I can see why.

Sean and Danielle Whaley opened Gandolfo's New York Delicatessen in Rancho Cucamonga on July 12, 2007. They came across Gandolfo's in Cherry Hills Co. while on vacation visiting their friend Alec "Bunk" Wurth who was a patient at the Craig Institute and was being treated for a spinal cord injury that he received playing rugby. There were several friends at the hospital and they thought it would be a good idea to pick up some sandwiches for the group. As they were all enjoying their sandwiches Bunk said this was a great sandwich and everyone agreed. Later Sean and Danielle were discussing how good the sandwiches were and they wished there was a deli like that back home in So Cal. Their wish came true......
