We got there about 7:30 on Saturday night. Wasn't too busy, and we were seated right away. There is a cute, old timey type bar. They only have beer and wine. Hubby got a Boont Amber ale which he loved. I just got a coke....More

Good food, the seafood offerings are tasty - beer selection is great. Would be fun to go during the evening if they had live music (don't know if they do - but it looks like it could)

Great service!! The Chowder is a must! Husband had the Chowder Bowl. They take the bread that is taken out of the bread bowl & make croutons with it! Very good! The Best Clam Chowder We Have Had!! Ocean View as you dine! Service is...More

The service was good, the food was real good, they have a LOT of beer on tap and some good wines (but not a full bar). On a recent week of vacation in Point Arena we went there many times. We sat outside and watched...More

This restaurant is at the Pt. Arena Pier, which definitely is a rustic area with sketchy people milling around. There is outside dining but no umbrellas to shade from the sun. However, Pt. Arena doesn't get much sun so probably not a problem on most...More

I stopped here for a drink while staying at hotel up the hill. The place is so cool and the service is great. I really liked this place.

For a Tuesday night it was very busy. The food was good. Was disappointed in the staffing and attention. The poor bartender was by himself as the food side folks had hardly anyone and didn't help him. Took very long to even get the bartender...More

Although it was a weekday, it was fairly busy. Took forever to place our order and then they forgot my bowl of soup. Would I go back? I'm sure I will.

I don't like having food served by a person in those tight exercise pants with mesh insets. It is not appetizing and this place needs to institute a dress code.

Hello, Wharf Masters Inn. My husband and I have been frequent guests in the past. The last time we visited was for our wedding anniversary in November 2012 or 2013. We stayed in the top room closest to the ocean. A maintenance crew fixing a leaky roof in that area didn't know that room was occupied, came down from the roof onto our balcony, and caught me standing there looking out the glass doors nude. The Innkeeper at the time - an elderly man, and what a wonderful character! - gave us a certificate for a free night in the same room with no expiration date. I still have the certificate (somewhere). My husband's birthday is coming up and we'd like to get away for a night or two between 10/2 and 10/4. I'm wondering if the certificate I have will still be honored. I'm disabled, so we will need an ADA room, hopefully with a balcony and an excellent ocean view. Please let me know if you can accommodate us that weekend and if you will honor my free stay certificate. Thanks, -Helen Dr. Helen E. Wilbur (Mrs. Mitchell Stegner)

In California state Law says that a certificate for which something was paid, never expires. For examplease "pay $20 towards a $50 meal" the twenty dollars would still be honored after the expiration date. If it was just a... More
