Chef formerly from Carmel area. Good creative food, not the typical suburban fare. Not cheap, but fair prices for the food and quality. Intimate little place. We go there pretty often.

Excellent food & service. Always very happy with our meals. It isn't a large restaurant but there is sidewalk seating available which is always nice when the weather is good. I have been here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed.

This is another small restaurant in Pleasanton that has really good food and good service. The chef is from Iceland and does a nice job with fish. The seafood stew is really good as is the curry dish. There is parking in the back, but be sure to get reservations as this is a popular place.

The food is terribly disjointed. Service is spotty. Very strange mix of cuisines. Yet another epic fail for Pleasanton. Again, there is no accounting for taste.

After reviewing what others had to say about this little restaurant, we decided this would be a nice place to meet up with relatives from the Peninsula whom we hadn't seen for a while. This is a tiny place...one room with a couple of tables outside. But it was pleasant and the noise level wasn't too high. Waiter was attentive... More

The chef must be quite confused, has a personal extravagant view on European cuisine and mixes a lot of ingredients that have nothing to do with each other...on top of it, the restaurant is not very clean. The smoked salmon (home smoked) was good.

Friday dinner in Nonni's and the place is hopping! It's been a few years since we ate here and it's as good now as then. The owner in chef's attire is welcoming guests and seems to know a bunch of folks. Nice to see him at the front of the house we only hope that everything is tickety boo in... More

It can be hard to find menus that are different from what you can cook at home. That's what I look for when going out. I really like the European flair here and if it's a nice day , the outside seating is wonderful. Great place to people watch too.

Had a great family lunch recently. A nice variety of choices from superb fresh soup choices to sandwiches and lunch-size entrees. Reasonably priced for a "white tablecloth" lunch on Main Street where some lunch offerings are priced almost the same as dinner. Nice atmosphere and good service too.

Pros: They were able to take a reservation for 8 people the same day. Restaurant is nice and quaint inside. Cons: 1) Food: I ordered the grilled salmon which was cooked really well however, it was salty. There were mixed vegetables with a creamy sauce. If I order a fish, I really don't like any rich sauce with it. The... More
