This place is special, and has flavors and things you won’t find elsewhere. Tough to get into, worth it! Everything delicious, fresh, with top ingredients. Service top notch. Super fun, foodie type place.

We were visiting the south Peninsula, and our friends took us to Tamarine. Great Vietnamese-fusion food. We shared all dishes, including a starter sampler of various vegetable rolls and a "tuna-crudo". Mains included the Bronzino, the cod (great), eggplant. Everything was great, as was the...More

I was privileged to be invited to a lovely dinner banquet last Saturday at Tamarine. It's one thing to provide great indivualized orders, but another level of challenge to offer great food and service at a large gathering. I have to say: Tamarine hit it...More

Nice decor, great service, well presented food and high prices to match. Entrees were not very large serving size. Taste was good though I found the Tamarine Prawns rather too sweet.

Maybe they’ll be able to accommodate your larger party (8) if you are willing to do a prix fixe menu — easier for them. The restaurant does have a large bar, but I don’t know if the full menu is available at the bar or if... More

Tamarine is a contemporary Vietnamese restaurant that features the light but flavor-intensive culinary delicacies of Vietnam. The restaurant offers a menu based on small plates, promoting the Vietnamese tradition of the 'shared' meal in which food is shared and enjoyed with those close. Tamarine's small plate entrees are enjoyed with the pairing of a variety of aromatic, flavor infused rice, designed to be mixed and matched to create a truly unique flavor experience. Along with culinary delicacies of Vietnam, the restaurant showcases the works of emerging artists from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
