Heard good things about this place from some of my employees who live in the area. Great choice. Food was outstanding. Service was superb too.

Is not very difficult to find a good spot in Palo Alto, average quality id high especially if you stay away of University Avenue. This place is a Turkish place with very good food, it is not a very beautiful spot but the food is perfect. Thanks

This place has a nice combination of seating options - nice dining tables, a bar and sidewalk seating for those nice late summer evenings. Enjoyed Happy Hour menu: SIGARA BOREGI were very rich and tasty, and the Mediterranean Trio Mezze (Babaganoush, Hummus and Cacik) (served with Pita and bread) made for a light meal, finished off with a glass of... The grilled sea bass is splendid. The charring of the skin crisped up, coupled with the tender flesh, makes for a spectacular texture! The salad that it comes with complements the dish, but I do wish that it also comes with rice to complete the meal. We also ordered the grilled salmon, which comes with rice. The salmon was a... At this risk of having too many people know about this place, this is a great restaurant. The food is very well prepared, great flavors and very good service. I have been back several times and never disappointed. I like the atmosphere and decor. A comfortable place to be with friends and enjoy good food and drink.

It was a pleasure to eat Turkish food prepared by someone that understands the flavors. We especially liked the ezme appetizer, the anatolian salad, the turlu (stew), and the profiterols (cream puffs) dessert.

Went for dinner with another couple. Greeted warmly and waiter provided excellent description of menu items. Changing some of the accompanying items were no problem. Food came out hot and served tastefully. Everybody enjoyed their dinner.

All of our appetizers and main dishes had excellent flavors - great hummus, bulgar balls, beef, fish. But they were served with plain white rice and unseasoned steamed vegetables. I expect this at $8, but not at $20. And all of the main courses had a certain sameness - basically the same meal with different proteins added. I was expecting... More
