Quite simply, this restaurant deserves to be #1 on the list of best restaurants in Palmdale as well as the Antelope Valley. The staff is friendly and helpful. We ordered takeout (healthy portions in both the zesty chicken salad and catfish po’boy, not to mention...More

When Mike 1st opened the food was excellent if a little slow. The last 2 times we've been, our orders were wrong, took way too long for the daily specials and the prices are still increasing. Top that off with the restrooms being out of...More

I am a Cajun/Creole lover! I travel far and wide and every chance I get to try a new place I make it a point to look for and stop at any well reviewed Cajun/Creole establishment. Lee Esther's is by far and away a hidden...More

The shrimp etouffee was great. I went for medium spice and it was just right. The pear cobbler was also tasty.

Awesome food. A little pricey but worth it. This is second time where my side wasn’t in the bag when I got home. Probably won’t stop me from going here again but check your bag/order at the restaurant in case something is missing.

Every food item including the sauces had a distinct and delicious flavor. Sliced smoked pork fork tender, catfish light and crunchy battered, boudin balls oh my pork and rice sausage breaded and deep fried. Nothing greasy, nothing fast food, all salads and greens overly good...More

I have been wanting to try for some time. Finally made it in. I had crawfish etouffee and my wife had jambalaya. Having cooked both ourselves, as a comparison, Lee Esthers is good, but lacked a bit of flavor. There was lots of crawfish in...More

I visited Lee Esther's with friends who had been there before and were enthusiastic about the food. The food was good but be prepared to wait. It was about 40 minutes between taking the order and receiving our orders. Plan accordingly.

I don't know if they take reservations. They are a small quaint place and may require some advance notice for large parties.
