The coffee at Koffi was like a breath of fresh air having spent a week in LA trying to find a decent coffee, sorry but that watery stuff at the well-known brand that a lot of people seem to buy from just doesn't cut it.
Koffi's coffee was hot, strong, and full of flavor. Their muffins were fresh and pleasingly they had three different gluten-free options to choose from. We happily returned on the two days that we were staying at the Ace Hotel & Spa which is right next door.
The team behind the counter was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. It wasn't surprising to see the place constantly full of customers given the quality of product/s being provided.

Very busy coffee shop in Palm Springs. Three times I went there three times during our stay and every time the coffee was excellent. The service is reasonable for the number of people waiting in line. Prices are Starbucks level, but worth the price. Baked goods are excellent. Staff is extremely friendly.

My daughter was after a Matcha Latte and my girl said it was really good, so I ordered one too: Nice place. Nice people. Great coffees and teas -- if a little pricey... but hey, it's hipsterish cool and that comes with a price.

Good coffee. Nice staff. But they need to get better organized. The last two visits (in the last seven days) we ordered a muffin warmed up. The cashier puts it in the microwave, then it gets promptly forgotten about. Had to ask for it (twice the first time), once it was cold, the second time was rewarmed. They seem to have lots of staff. Just nobody on muffin duty. A little frustrating.

I walked 5 blocks on a beautiful Palm Springs morning today to get breakfast. Ordered (2) muffins that were delivered when I paid. This is where things went wrong. When I walked in I was second in line with 6 people waiting for their order. After I paid for my 16oz cappuccino, tomato/basil quiche and muffins at least 4 more customers walked in and paid. ALL received their orders before I went to the counter to ask about mine since my name was never called. There sat my 16oz cappuccino cup. I picked it up and looked inside and it was half full and the quiche was never made. Then 2 other customers came the counter inquiring about their orders. Mine was immediately ignored.
After everyone involved tried to explain it wasn’t their fault, 5 minutes later I was given a $7 and change cash refund. Luckily they received their 20% tip ahead of time.

~We asked for a china mug option as we were drinking the coffee on the premises, (As an alternative to the disposable paper cup) but that wasn't an option.
~The 8oz coffee seemed really small and wasn't filled up to the top.
~Several dogs. Why do people bring dogs to food establishments?!
~Unfortunately for me, my cappuccino was bitter and the worst one I'd ever had.
~As with all coffee places nowadays, kinda pricey.
We stopped by on a Saturday morning while visiting Palm Springs. Unfortunately, I wasn't terribly impressed. :(

The line was long, the food display was messy and looked a day or two old which turned us off from purchasing food. The coffee was pretty great though. Over all it's an okay coffee shop - but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

Great organic cold brew. An afternoon stop for coffee. Other had pour over coffee. Busy spot in the mid afternoon. I recommend any Of the Koffi spots in Palm Springs area.

The koffi and food here were delicious and offered a nice second breakfast option while I stayed at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club. The lines can get long in the morning, but well worth the wait and the wifi connection here was nice and strong, allowing me to get a bit of work done while on vacation.
