Would definitely recommend. The food was good, not great, but the service was awesome. The people really took time to get to know and help you.

Frank's became our regular during our stay in Pacific Grove. It opens early, has friendly staff, makes great coffee, and plenty of comfortable couches to relax on.
Red snapper wrap, hard to find the fish in rice and beans. Its basically rice and beans. They are cheap on the sauce and charge extra for a tiny bit more. I noticed they were not very sanitary. Bare hands putting burgers together.

Nice little deli/grill with very cold beer and outside seating. If you are lucky you might meet a local character named Steve Munsie. Be sure and check out his colorful commentary on Pacific Grove history and culture.
