We were staying in the area and had a hankering for mexican food. We asked the gal at the hotel front desk for a recommendation, but she actually was Mexican and didn't really have a glowing recommendation for any of the local restaurants because she was used to real authentic mexican lol! Anyway, we looked oh tripadvisor and headed here,... More

My husband and I ate here for lunch and our bill was only $16. They have great Mexican food but other options as well. The service was very friendly and the food was fresh. The cafe was clean and had a beautiful display of colorful artwork. We enjoyed a relaxing lunch.

Locally owned, Peppers is a small little place in Pacific Grove, but big on flavor and service. Their Blood Orange Margarita is one of the best I have ever had. They serve the freshest ingredients, and everything is amazing!!

Good food, lively atmosphere. The night we were there, the heater was not working (or do they even have a heater). Every woman diner and most of the men ate wearing their coats or down vests. The food got quite cold within a few minutes of arrival. I asked a waiter, Is the heater not working tonight? and he said,... More

Walked by this place by accident and I have to say the mexican food was delicious. Very reasonable and just off the main street.

We stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening and had a most delicious dinner. Even better was the service! My husband had calamari and it was beautifully prepared and the tartar sauce had the perfect amount of spice. I had the Tacos al Carbon. The steak was tender and cooked medium rare. The black beans were served hot with... More

We came here craving some Mexican food and left a bit disappointed. The food was ok, service was ok. The pricing was crazy high considering what we ordered. maybe this was due to it being New Years Day...

The food is always great. I have had their black bean chili with beef three times. I have also had calamari. My wife usually gets one of their combination plates with tamales or enchiladas. Everything tastes great. Whenever we are nearby we go there. The price is right, too. You may have to wait if you don't call ahead.

Great spot for Tacos al Carbón! Stuffed peeper was also awesome...Great Margarita selection and Service! Bar is crowded especially when folks refuse to sit next to each other... :-( Food is fresh and tasty. Spicy stuff, good ambience. Thank you!
