No big signs but the locals all know it. I had the works and its as good, if not better than some Philadelphia ones.

being a new yawker from LI I needed to try this cute place out & liked it a lot. My cousin and I both had the mushroom cheesesteak & beer battered onion rings & it was all a nice tasty meal experience. I am looking forward to trying the Taylor Pork Roll next.

This restaurant is on Oceanside Blvd., pretty far from the beach but next to one of Oceanside's rare Starbucks. I stopped for lunch and had the BBQ chicken sandwich with beer battered fries. Absolutely great! They have a terrific BBQ sauce and it is a "cheesesteak" type of sandwich -- extremely good and filling. Moreover, this place has everything. You... More

I thought that the food was very good and it was at reasonable prices. I recommend the garlic fries! Staff was very friendly. I'd definitely go there again.

We've been going to the Cheesesteak grill ever since it opened. The owner knows his stuff including importing Amorosa rolls from Philly. His pizza steaks are just like they should be and his staff knows how to make the grill sing! (Those of you from Philly know what I mean) It's just off the I-5 in the McDonald's mall. (Why... More

Excellent Philly Cheese Steak! I had the steak and mushroom sandwich and it was great! Hot, flavorful and full of meat (ribeye). My wife had the BBQ chicken. She told me hers was fantastic. I was so happy with the service and the food that I ordered an Italian sub to go for tomorrow's lunch. This is a must try... More

Food was absolutely great even for a friend from Philly! Definitely a must to have for lunch! Nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. If you're in the area this is something that you can't miss.

I got a cheesesteak and my girlfriend got the chicken ranch. We both enjoyed our food. Everything is made to order, the staff is friendly and you get plenty of what you want on your sandwich. I would recommend this place if you're looking for something quick.

My wife and I both ordered cheesesteaks with provolone. Cheez Whiz and white cheese are the other options. The sandwich seems to have a lot of potential. The meat is tasty; everything is tasty, but there was almost no cheese. Provolone is obviously the more quality (i.e., expensive) of the cheese offerings, so maybe if you choose one of the... More

This is not a copy cat, it's the real thing! Tastes the same as the authentic Pat and Gino's. Garlic fries are a nice change and a must try.
