I came here because I had a coupon from restaurants.com and I'm so glad we did . My friends husband and I had the Lamb and omg!!!! Out of site! My husband had the NY Steak and my friend had the fettucini. The sauce for the fettucini was a creole sauce and sooo good. Atmosphere and ambiance was amazing. I... More

Our family tried Villa Romano and were very disappointed. The server was friendly, but no usual complimentary bread came whilst we waited. We are not large eaters but even we were shocked at the miniature servings. Our teenage son had to have something to eat at home because he was still hungry. The food is very average. I wouldn't bother... More

For our surprise the restaurant was all ours, so we got an excellent meeting and the service was all for us. The food was great, beginning with soup or salad. I got the tortellini which has the shape of a belly button, filled with 3 cheese and covered with artichokes, dried tomatoes and bacon. I would rather prefer pancetta instead... More

Off the beaten path in Napa is this jewel of an Italian restaurant. It's located in the Old Soscol House off of hiway 29/121. We were a party of 13 on Valentines Day and had the time of our lives! For a busy holiday, service was attentive, the food came out hot and delicious for reasonable prices. The ambiance was... More

We went there today for lunch. Small quaint restaurant with cloth napkins and tablecloths. A very nice touch. A must order is the garlic bread. Never had any like it in our lives and it is to die for good! We both had wonderful dishes that were perfectly prepared. Will definitely come back when in the area again in the... More

We've been there several times and have enjoyed every experience. In 2013, I hosted a party of 25 and they have a private dining room upstairs!

I had the lemon caper sauce with prawns and my friend had the cheese tortellini with mushrooms. His sauce was a bit better than mine but both I would get again. His was a 5 Star and mine was a 4.9 Star. Mine was $18, his was $16. The garlic bread recommendation was a definite repeat, yum. The service was... More

We visited close to 8:00pm on a Monday where most restaurants are closed. This is a small family run place with a good menu and large portions. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant had a great selection of classic Italian songs playing during our dining. This is not a gourmet or designer type of place, just a place... More

This hidden place on Soscol Ferry Road is a true gem in Napa. Hidden away from the busy downtown area, Villa Romano has ambiance. The menu is vast, and offers something for everybody who loves Italian food. I recently feasted on the lamb with potatoes and vegetables. Their sauteed veal is also an excellent choice. One of my favorite pasta... More

Excellent, large portion salads. Divine garlic bread & bruschetta. Our Fettucini con Pollo and Tortellini were yummy, large portions, we took home the leftovers. Very affordable wine prices. Odd to read others comments about being ignored and not seated, we were acknowledged and seated immediately. Nice quiet atmosphere. Overlook the exterior, it is not indicative of the excellent food.
