We had coffee and tea with bagels and a quiche for breakfast. Awesome coffee, roasted on the premises. In fact we were sitting next to the coffee roaster watching them take freshly roasted coffee out of the coffee roaster. You can't get coffee any fresher than that.

Dana Street Roasting Co. is the antithesis of Starbucks. Very rustic atmosphere with a huge roasting machine and sacks of coffee beans in the middle of tables. Coffee and snacks here are good, atmosphere is friendly and the location is great.

My wife and I enjoyed a coffee and a tea and read the paper. The staff was kind and helpful. They have sandwiches, salads, and pastry.

You can just smell the flavor as you step inside. It's by no means a fancy place, but it does deliver a great cup of coffee, exactly what you'd need in an early weekday morning.

Pretty good coffee in chill laid back environment. Has good selection of snacks and light meals which are OK, but I wouldn't come here just to eat. If you want to get some work done and don't want to deal w the large crowds (like those at Red Rock), this is a good alternative. I'm not sure if they still... More

I love this place so much! I like to go there with friends and have a chat but also by myself and read or work. It's very quiet in the mornings and also a nice option on friday night to listen to some live music. Oh and the coffee is great!!

We 'from out of town' but like to try new things where ever we go. We've been to Mountain View many times but somehow not seen Dana Street Roasting. We were a bit in a hurry so we popped in and had a wonderful cup of hot chocolate which was excellent. With our son's coffee and our two hot chocolates... More

Love the down home feeling of this place and the wonderful coffee. Reminds you what coffee shops used to be like.

I came over to meet a friend for a cup of coffee. The barista was very friendly. I ordered a cup of café Borgia. These guys have no idea what café Borgia is - clearly unfamiliar with the classic Italian recipe. The end result looked pretty but didn't taste good at all (not to mention, that it had the wrong... Amidst the swirl of cafe options in MV, this one stands out as the funkiest, least pretentious, least corporate, and unique. The vibe is more on creative and literary than techie, more 60's and 70's than, say, millennial. Coffee and pastries good; cash only.
