The crew seemed to be having fun. The person at the fry station kept throwing batches away. The burgers were good but the fries literally had the texture of cardboard. I have tried this place about three times now and fail to comprehend it's popularity.

Got two double double (yes, I was hungry) and good as usual. Fast service, everything was ok. The only detail was for the shake where I asked a medium size and it seems that they don't have it and I got a small. Anyway, small in USA is medium in Canada! =D

I have to admit that I really don't understand people's over the top enthusiasm for In-N-Out. One of their better features are there french fries, made from real potatoes on site you know what you're getting and that is real potato. The burgers themselves are way better than McDonald's or Burger King, it's like five guys or one of those... More

We went to the drive thru at 7pm yesterday to buy one cheese burger and 2 fries. It took 15 minutes from the time we order to the time we received our food. There were only 6 cars ahead of us when we ordered. We would have left except there are no way to get out once you are in... More

You want a quick, delicious, affordable burger or fries or shake or onion rings or ....., or ....., this IS the place! I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices are, let alone the great food items themselves! Parking on site, a drive-through (I went back another day to drive-through for a shake only, and they worked with me to make... More

I love the simple menu! The cheese burger and fries were hot and good. Beats McD's burgers/fries!!!! So glad I waited in the long line to order!

This was my first time to an "In N Out Burger". People said you just have to try it. I went in and ordered the normal cheeseburger, fries and a drink. I guess I was expecting something some wonderful that it just fell short of my expectations. The burgers are small, more topping than meat. The fries are cut and... More

I have heard about this place but I have never seen one. I think it was on TV and the upshot of the piece was that this was a family owned chain which put quality before profits. They were plenty profitable but would not expand just for the sake of expanding. I found one by accident and had to try... More

This tends to be our regular Sunday lunch spot, because - well we like it. In-n-Out is the only fast food place we actually seek out.

While still a fast burger place, it's a special one. It's got a very short menu, but with lots of secret additions only locals know about. You might want to find out about them before visiting ;)
