Out of the way place with excellent food. On the way to Palm Springs or Anza or Idyllwild, on the Palms to Pines highway. Has plenty of parking even for big motor homes with nice outside dining and also inside when the weather isn't co-operating. Have had the burgers but all the plates looked good, bring your appetite as there... More

Had a great breakfast here. The ham steak was HUGE!! 2 of us ate from it and still didn't finish it. Delicious and very friendly service! The fluffiest biscuits I've ever had.

We set off early from Rancho Mirage to drive up spectacular route 74, intent on having breakfast here. And what a fantastic breakfast it was -- huge portions and great ambiance. The breakfast burrito seemed nearly as big as a football, studded with bacon, hash browns and scrambled eggs. The 1/2# Angus patty comes with a giant portion of eggs... More

It's the best place around because it's the only place around. If you're driving Palms to Pines or hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, stop here for a lot of grub. The food is ordinary - my grilled sandwich was burnt, but the portions are large.Be aware, breakfast cuts off early at 10:45. In a small space, there are tables, the... More

This is a pleasant little restaurant along the Pines to Palms Byway. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the coffee is hot and strong. The menu is varied with a fantastic breakfast. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner and offers a full bar with alcoholic beverages. There was an eclectic mix of people when we were there. Seating... More

...people seemed to like their salads, though, so maybe my mistake was in ordering a burrito. I've heard the burgers are decent too. Very nice staff made the experience well worth it.

On a bit of a road trip out of La Quinta. Fantastic lunch stop. Nice small town feel. Had the Harley Davidson Burger and the Chicken Burrito. Burger was great and Burrito was huge and delicious....my wife only ate about a third of it. Hope to be back if we ever have the chance.

Very pleasant surprise on our trip to Temecula along the Pines to Palms highway. Good food, great service, dog friendly patio. We'll be back when we come through again.
