Millbrae might as well be Hong Kong with its restaurants. And Hong Kong style Dim Sum is one of my favorites. The Hong Kong Flower lounge had quite a line on a beautiful Monday. Everyone else was Asian. That's always a good sign. The dishes were fresh and tasty. The women with the carts were friendly and smiled a lot... More

Came here with a group of business associates and we enjoyed a robust family style meal. The food was great! Everyone ordered a different dish (I ordered scallops and conch) and we tasted all. We also ordered won ton and sweet and sour soup. I liked the Kung Pao chicken, beef with greens and spare ribs. Service was quick and... More

Had the giant clam, Peking duck and fried rice. All excellent. Service was not to the standard it used to be and misaligned with the premium you are paying.

Very loud, busy, and not very welcoming. Food quality rates good, very wide choice not typical American Chinese fare. We were told we had to be finished eating by a certain time as they needed the table.

Excellent cuisine thanks to my host I had one of the best experiences with Chinese cuisine between the dim sum and the fresh seafood you cannot go wrong.

Excellent Chinese food. Want to do the Dim Sum lunch sometime. Also 16 Ranch House restaurant just a couple of blocks away is very good also.

Like: Good quality, wide choice, but hard to understand delta between name of dishes, unless Tiwanese friends with me gave right choice. I enjoyed lots. Without them, not sure I picked these nice dishes.

About as good a selection of tasty Dim Sum available outside of Hong Kong. Excellent Chinese food off the menu as well. Better get there early (they open @ 11am) especially from Friday thru Sunday as if fills up quickly.

During the 80s and 90s, dining at Flower Lounge Restaurant in Kowloon, Hong Kong was a must in our family whenever we'd fly to Hong Kong. Ordinarily,we would bring home dimsum such as pork buns, not minding the inconvenience of having to "handcarry" them. Imagine our disappointment when we found out the Flower Lounge moved out. Our Hong Kong trips... More
