I like this place for a good burger and beer. Local type joint with some good beer choices, not huge selection, but there burgers are very good. A good place to visit with friends in a flash, good surroundings, and lots of locals. Indoor with some outdoor seating. Used to have a table shuffleboard game for the kids. Live music... More

In a small mall on the corner of PCH and Heathercliff Rd. Interesting and varied menu, with some great appetiser and share options. Good service. Live music on weekends and happy hour from 3-6pm weekdays.

My friend and I had gone to Point Dume earlier in the day and we stopped at Duck Dive for lunch afterwards. It has beautiful views from the patio and great food. Average service - not exceptional but nothing to complain about. We had the quinoa lentil cakes which were SO GOOD and the honey goat brie which was also... More

Burger was bland and not fresh tasting, taro chips were overcooked, service eas super slow, and prices were pretty high for that.

We stoped at Ollie's Duck 'n Dive for lunch while visiting the beach in Malibu and was really pleased with the experience. Me and my boyfriend share 4 "small" plates, duck fries, corn with aioli and goatcheese, hummus with pitabread and tuna poke, and that was perfect to share. Very tasy and fresh food, free top-ups on the soda, very... More

Cute patio that is dog friendly. Good food. The appetizers are delicious and it is fun to get several different things and share.

Ollie's Duck 'n Dive is a real local place, not Easily found in a small strip mall At the top of Point Dume near my favorite beach. So it figures that it is frequented by locals & beach goers. The great thing about Ollies is they offer small Plates along with great craft beer & wine. I love sitting at... More

Stopped by here after an evening of shopping and watched the sun go down over the Pacific. Good was worth the wait, waitress was very pleasant and waiting with us was who looked like Michelle Pfeifer. Recommend the main burger! Was yummy! If we're back this way will defo return.

Their burgers are fantastic and they have a great menu with lots of options. Can dine inside or out on the patio. Have been there a lot and have seen quite a few famous people chowing down in there. Not too big a place but not too small either. Families are welcomed or if by yourself sit at their bar... More

Staying in Malibu

Neighbourhood Profile
The Malibu coastline is like a chameleon. In some areas it resembles the French Riviera with its lush, green hillsides descending into crescent-shaped shorelines. In others, it feels 100% Southern Californian with beaches wide and flat as a football field, and often crowded with beach-goers lounging on towels and playing volleyball. Other coastlines still feel secluded, tucked under tall cliffs and dotted with stunning rock formations. In certain areas, where the ocean waves are just right, surfers can be seen bobbing in the water. Up in the mountains to the east hikers take in truly stunning views of the ocean and the sprawling Los Angeles landscape. And along Pacific Coast Highway, restaurants are filled with visitors and locals from all walks of life. Stumble into the right place at the right time, and you’ll likely encounter a celebrity.
