i usually go to Roy's for special occasions (4-5 times per year) with my wife and have usually enjoyed it but i made the mistake of going on Valentines Day and was very disappointed. Despite reservations they provide an undesirable table location and refused to change it. My lobster was cold and missing a claw, my filet was also cold... More

Celebrated an anniversary here. Since Roy sold out, this chain has continually headed downhill but the prices haven't. César salad was small and tasteless. The dressing lacked any flavor. Had the aha tuna. Mediocre. We've eaten at several in the Hawaiian Islands, the one in NYC that used to be there, the one in Palm Desert, the one in Newport... More

We enjoy having dinner here on special occasions. If you're in the mood for a lot of foodl, the prix fixe dinners are a good deal.. What we are more likely to do is arrive during happy hour, sit in the bar, and share a couple of appetizers. That is plenty of food for us. This time we had the... More

For a chain restaurant, Roy's always gives the impression that it is a one outlet, stand alone, innovative fusion, cuisine restaurant. This was our first visit in about 2 years since before the Topanga Village opened across the street, and it did not disappoint. The menu is as simple as it is innovative. The service was attentive and friendly. New... More

We had some gift cards we needed to use. We have not been to Roy's for a couple of years. The last time we went, the food was terrible. We had low expectations for today but were surprise that the food has taste this time. We had the prix fixed meal - appetizers, main and dessert. For appetizers, we had... More

After having a wonderful experience at Roy's restaurant in Honolulu, Hawaii, we wanted to re-live that experience closer to home. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in more ways than one. I'd like to start with the positives of our experience. We started our evening by having drinks in the bar. The bartender was attentive and the drinks were fantastic! Loved Roy's... More

Went for our anniversary and had a great time. The food and service were fantastic. The fresh Alaskan salmon was delicious and scallops were also very good. Only three scallops on plate so I was still a bit hungry after eating my meal. The menu has something for everyone and it was hard to decide what to order. Restaurant is... More

Roy's is one of my favorites and I have visited many locations. I hadn't been to this one in several years and it didn't disappoint! Food is consistently good, service was great and ambiance was enjoyable! I had the hibachi salmon which was awesome and we shared the chocolate soufflé (which takes 20 minutes to make so you have to... More
