This was in Koreatown and was a typical BBQ restaurant where they cook the food right at the table. The specialty is Galbee and it was very tasty. The servers were quite busy so a lot of the cooking we did ourselves, but we are used to that. Since this restaurant was chosen by my mother-in-law who was a Korean... More

Girl friend (Korean) and I just ate at this remarkable restaurant in LA's Koreatown. Big place was nearly full for a Thursday lunch and I seemed to be only non-Korean there. Service was quick and efficient. Panchan appetizers (hallmark of good Korean restaurants) were great. We each had a different soup dish and both were great. Accompanied by barley tea... More

Many people say it's not authentic but it does have the necessary atmosphere and service that Angelenos appreciate. The signature galbee/galbi is pretty darned good. Our 11 year old had his first taste of Korean BBQ at this place an now it is one of his favorite foods. We had a large group of 14 and the wait service took... More

We love Korean food and this is a regular stop anytime we are in L.A. to see family. We love just about anything on the menu. We've had 100 Day parties for our kids here as well. Very accommodating.

Had a fabulous time here as food is great, service is fast and well organized. The meat was tender, tasty, and while we cooked it ourselves we were constantly asked if we needed any extra service. Pricing was good, definitely recommend and I will return.

I was taken here by one of my-workers of Korean descent. I feel that in and of itself is a good indicator, and I thought the food was really really good, although this was my first experience with true Korean BBQ

As a Korean, we often bring non Korean friends to hear for dinner. Good interior, decent food, but the price is way overpriced. I suggest Suwon Korean BBQ or Kanghodong Baekjeong over this place. There are not many Koreans in dinner time. No wonder why.

This is your quintessential Korean BBQ experience where you cook your own meat. In addition to the BBQ the prepared entrees and side dishes are good too. The service is excellent and they have traditional uniforms. Parking... If you are unable to find street parking then take advantage of the valet in front of the restaurant.

Get a mixed platter and don't worry about anything else - it comes with salad and soup (kimchee soup is delicious) many side orders, great very fresh meat and a drink. Easy parking and very helpful staff.
