I am not a big Sushi fan so opted for the Chicken Curry. It was fantastic, had a very different flavor than say Indian Curry. The service was fine and the staff was great. The atmosphere was OK.....but nothing to write home about.
I only eat at Sushi Dan when in Los Angeles. Technically in Studio City on Ventura Blvd. Try the Albacore; its like dessert. Also, the baked Longostino/Cali Roll is incredible.

Food was good and well prepared. Staff was okay, not rude or bad service but not extremely friendly either. I had carryout and not dine in so I cannot speak to that part of the experience.
They have the best yellowtail rolls I have ever had!!! Can't go wrong ordering anything. Wish they brought back the Uni Roll
