The breakfast food is absolutely delish, but if you're not there early, the noise can be overpowering.

I have lived in this area my whole life and I have been to Overland café many times. You never know what to expect here occasionally it's good but most the time it's average at best.since I am a local I really do wish it was better. I have a few friends that go here and enjoy it more than... More

The Overland Café serves a wide variety of foods (from breakfast eggs and pancakes to hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, meat and Mexican entrees) in an informal setting that gets quite crowded and noisy at busy times. The food is consistently good, and the service friendly and responsive. People line up for tables here on weekends, and there is only... More

Parking was sparse, but weather was decent so we didn't mind walking a few blocks. Prepare for a wait, but it's worth every minute standing outside. We ordered a drink from the bar upon arrival, but when we found no room to wait for our table inside we learned that their license does not allow standing with an alcoholic beverage... More

I would say that if you wanted brunch there are many places in WLA. The food is decent and so is the service. Parking is horrible so you will have to find parking on the street.

We were in LA visiting and met some friends to have breakfast and catch up. A friend and I both had eggs over medium with potatoes and bacon. My husband had eggs, sausage, fruit and our other friend had the huevos rancheros. We all enjoyed the food and service we went about 10 so it was not busy.

If you go during happy hour, the drinks and some food selections are price so low you will think the waitress made a mistake on your bill! They have their Baja tacos and they are great! Either fish, pork or beef. The salmon broth is excellent, a meal! Service is very good and once you go, you will want to... More

This is one of these "go-to" places when you can't think of any new place to go. It is consistently reliable.Usually busy, so the wait staff is usually hustling. Great place for brunch and mimosas.

The food is okay average not fantastic. The servers do the very best they can they're polite and as fast as they can be. The owner / manager is rude to customers and to the staff. I wouldn't give him another penny

Food generally has been okay. Servers friendly, unlike management who's attitude was rude and culminated in personal abuse.
