For several years when visiting LA I eat at Industriel. First time it was terrific and very original, imaginative: a mixed salad included sunchoke, quinoa, et al. Next time for dinner (I think) I had salmon which was Spicey! Last night I had sautéed sunchokes...More

Happened upon this place at lunch time. Walked in to have a look at the menu. A very friendly helpful waiter started explaining it to us. We had the quinoa beat salad, a burger and the mushroom melt. Also, fries with our sandwiches. Everything was...More

I have had two bad experiences- 2 different visits. One - salmon was not fully cooked. Second - found a hair in my sandwich. Appears quality control of food needs to improve. Will not be back and will not recommend. Sorry

Farm fresh ingredients! Outstanding flavors and combinations. Went here solo on a business trip. Had the BEST lamb ragout! A great combination of flavors! Started with blistered shishito peppers with fontina. If you are downtown, this is a can't miss restaurant!

The staff is wonderful, and the ambience is interesting with a warehouse decor, but the food wasn't very good. Baked brie is a pretty simple dish and we always love it - this version not so much. Salmon was well cooked, but smothered in uninteresting...More

Unusual interiors with funky stuffed chairs in low ceiling balcony and limited menu. An off night in all respects. New bartender who didn't know how to make a martini. Spare ribs, a menu special over-rated with skimpy portions of meat on very large hard to...More

The food was of excellent quality and tasted great. The space is a bit industrial (ha) but still nice. I hated the seats - they were way too low for the table. But the food made up for it.

Convenient downtown location, serving great farm to table cuisine. Our server really loved the food they prepared and often suggested/pushed us not to customize any dishes - to the point where it was a little off-putting. Nonetheless, the food was outstanding. Prepare to use Venmo...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.

Not at all! Lunch is normally couples or business meetings and dinner is birthday parties or couples on dates. You might feel a little odd if you're wearing sweatpants, and you could never be too dressed up!
