I have a fairly restrictive diet with sensitivity to several things that can make dining out difficult. Vegan options are generally safest in new places. Lemonade is a cafeteria style with the dishes displayed behind glass. There are helpful descriptions indicating which dishes are vegan, vegetarian, or which include meats, dairy etc. I was able to find several very tasty... More

We stopped here while walking on Abbott Kinney only because it seemed to be so busy we wanted to know what it was about. They had an assortment of fresh food, from salads to soups to obviously delicious lemonade. Would definitely go back.

Always go to a Lemonade when I visit LA, which they would open on the east coast. The veggie dishes are incredible and so is the chicken. And the lemonade of course.

Was taken here by a family member who lives in LA. He told me I was going to love it. He was right! A very unique presentation of food, and interesting dishes. We did a family style dinner where we all got something different, and then shared with each other. Everything was delicious. Even the hot stuff that almost burnt... More

I like being able to choose from so many different selections of food. Healthily salads, soups strews and sandwiches. Something for everyone. Everything my husband and I have tried has been good. I even bough their cookbook. The staff is warm and friendly. Good for a quick meal.

Impeccable service, clean decor and very tasty/healthy food options. As it was our first time here, we were greeted by the friendly Operations Partner who explained how the cafeteria style food service worked. All 4 vegan salads we tasted were awesome: fresh, healthy and unique. We paired with one of many lemonade options, a sugar-free watermelon. The whole experience was... More

Of course the lemonade is good, but the macarons are outstanding. I've never had a macaron so large and flavorful. The service was a bit chaotic and not too friendly but worth it.

Staying in Venice

Neighbourhood Profile
Venice has always danced to its own beat as the epicenter of bohemian culture in Los Angeles. Along the boardwalk there are street performers and local craftsmen selling their wares. Original paintings, souvenirs, and jewelry are on display. Crowds of visitors marvel at the sites while weightlifting enthusiasts pump iron in plain view, and skateboarders do their tricks around the skate park. All of it happens under the warm California sun with sprawling views of sand and sea. Heading east, the main drags of Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street are lined with boutique shops, some major retail stores, art galleries and restaurants. Here the ambiance is more relaxed and upscale than the frenetic boardwalk area. Venice is a mostly walkable (and certainly bikeable) neighborhood, full of areas to explore.
