This place rocks. One of the staff member came to us Jordan and offered to help us if we had any questions. From start to finish he took care of us. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful. I can't wait to come back.

This is a casual (almost carryout) restaurant with limited seating. The food is definitely the draw and it is very popular. Get there early to avoid the lines. They don't have a liquor license, so, no beer or wine.

Food is very good. Definitely different than most places. Lunchtime wait can be quite long, because of catering jobs that they seem to always have. The restaurant may seem empty, but they are working in the back doing phoned in orders

I found this place through the hype of its Pho in a Burrito form - sad to find out it wasn't a thing anymore but hopeful it will be back next fall! I decided to go and try it anyways because the food looked AWESOME still. And it was. I loved the style and the workers were SUPER friendly, which... More

My girlfriend and I just visited Komodo, first things first, parking in LA is bad, but behind the restaurant is a covered parking lot with a Pay Machine. $.25 per 20 minutes, and $1 will get you an hour and 20 minutes. The machine only takes coins or card, but there were plenty of spots considering it was 12:40 on... More

This is the McDonald's version of fusion. Too much hype and too many bad textureless food items. The tacos are HALF the size of your palm with cold meat the size of your thumb. The fried rice had no texture and I couldn't make out a single flavor in its muddled mess. 10 Yucks.

The wide selection of tacos you can taste here make my mouth water just writing about them. Some of the other smaller plates are also pleasant to taste, but I wasn't a fan of the truffle fries (despite how yummy they sound I found them dry and not very fresh). Every kitchen is different and I prefer this Pico location... More

Brick and mortar location from the truck. Foodie tacos...Not Mexican style. Crowded but quick service. Order at counter and they deliver to your table. Seating for a dozen inside and another dozen outdoors. Any of the tacos are way good-- fish and grapes, loco moco are favs. Menu: tacos, burritos and bowls. Hipsters as well as families

Huge portions. Be sure to have the truffle fries and tuna tartar. Chinese Chicken salad was big enough for 2!!!

Description
It is difficult to classify this food; it is a form of Asian/Mexican/Malaysian
Fusion.. It advertises itself as "Dangerously Good Food". It started as one of those famous gourmet trucks rolling around L.A., and this is their entrance into a brick and mortar restaurant. Despite its simplicity, this was one of the best meals I have ever eaten in Los Angeles.
