Bleecker used to be a favorite restaurant for my wife and me but seems to have dramatically fallen off in both service and food quality. Bleecker used to be a lively venue with great food, engaging bartenders, and excellent service. Not so anymore. We had...More

Took my wife to Bleecker Street based on some sketchy recommendations. It was a little easier to get reservations than I expected on this busy day, but not only did I receive email confirmations and reminders, but also a call. Early evening and the place...More

The restaurant's ambiance is a great positive with the feel of an East Coast pub. The staff was attentive but in no way rushed you (although the restaurant wasn't full so that may have played a part in allowing us to sit for an extended...More

Bleecker St. is a good place, good food, good ideas. Nothing especially recommends it, EXCEPT it provides quality, reliable food options and a friendly staff. Avoid the trendy "gastro pubs" but get quality, updated food and good service.

The restaurant was a nice setting and food was good, but nothing exceptional. No parking area, but plenty of meter parking. The service was solid.

We have been going to this restaurant for 2 years now--was a great spot for a salad, truffle fries and a glass of wine. More and more we find it really expensive. Tonight I asked for a suggestion for glass of wine --light and tannic....More

Only 3 other tables and way over-amped, loud guitar player made slow bar and slow food service even more annoying. See no reason to return - calamari were limp, fries were not hot, burger was just okay and with 2 margarita's tab was over $80!

Having read some reviews that were positive I decided to try The Bleekers The decor is reminiscent of a New York warehouse restaurant. The layout is good for singles, couples and groups. Service was friendly but flakey. I think I must have gone into another...More

Description
Inspired by the sights and sounds of Greenwich Village, Bleecker Street brings a little taste of lower Manhattan to Southern California. The interior is "Village Fun" with influence from SOHO, Little Italy and the Warehouse District. Dining options start on our mezzanine over looking the action of the restaurant and with a view our soaring floor to ceiling glass windows, or a table for two next to the fireplace and a bottle of fine wine. Whether it's a seat at the bar, the padded banquette, our main dining area, or the outside patio, it's all pure Village feel with not a bad seat in the house. We look forward to sharing our passion for good food and service with you, and welcome you as our guests. We are proud of the time and effort that goes into preparing each of our dishes and look forward to serving you.
