Pretty tasty frozen drink. Friendly staff but the bathroom arrangement is a little strange. Not very often where you need a key to get into a bathroom at a coffee house!

Probably trying to compete with Starbucks, this coffee joint has overpriced bitter tasting java. I ordered the house blend straight up and dark. The specialty drinks sounded interesting, but high in calories.

I'm a bit confused as why this place is on TripAdvisor. I mean, it's a chain, just like any other. All the coffee houses supposed to be uniformed. I would just mention that in this one the staff is super nice and helpful with figuring out which kind of ground coffee you need.

Clean and fast svc. Good coffee!! Just across from BW Woodland Hills. Desserts available. Frappés for less than $5. Plenty of room inside to sit.

Really nice shop, good strength coffee (I take it with an extra shot) and a huge variety of tea. There are also nice cakes and pastries but I try to avoid those. The staff are friendly, helpful and very hard working. The shop is very clean and well organised and well supported by regular clientele. They also run charity collections.... More

I thought that the coffee would be better than the one being served at the hotel. But I was wrong. It was equally as bad.

What a cut above the usual sludge that passes for coffee! The daily special was just perfect. Power points everywhere for your laptop, seats outside and in.

Good coffee. Tasty baking. Best of all, great and friendly service. The server was glad to ask where we were from and where we were going. The patio was a pleasant place in which to sip and visit while we talked about our California plans.

Always great attitude. Beats Starbucks 10 to 1. The people are friendly and the coffee is great. Free internet. What else do you want for a buck?
