Went there for dinner as a party of "1" and was seated in the back patio (smoking area?) outside. Once there I was placed on ignore as two other couples seated after me were waited on and received drinks and apps orders. After several attempts to get the attention of the waiter I gave up and left after 20 without... More

Very fresh food, cooked to perfection. Fish is especially tasty and prices are reasonable. Some unusual food as well (yuk a plant).

We stopped in on the 4th of July for a quick bite and drinks, Alegria did not disappoint. I'd been wanting to check this place out for a while as many of my clients have raved about it. Even though the sangria flight (which everyone said was awesome) is no longer available, our bartender was quick to recommend other options.... More

Good service and friendly staff make up for the average food. Can park nearby in the city parking garage. Walk a short block and a half to the restaurant. The filet mignon was good but not as tender as I would have liked. Mashed potato and garlic spinach were good side dishes. Good sized portions.

he service could definitely have been better. The host failed to seat us (ever!) and we stood at the bar for 20 minutes until the bartender made someone get us stools. That being said, the never-ending mimosas softened the blow, and the brunch items we sampled were delicious.

My reservations for the Flamenco Show was not honored by manager Jose Rodriguez saying that the show was already fully booked. Where I see unprofessionalism and mismanagement is the way they handled my reservations. I called Tuesday around 3pm to make reservations for Saturday Flamenco show. The person said he will make a note for now because the restaurant will... More

The show is fun. The food is unusual, but good. It's a little touristy. The convention crowd sometimes clogs this part of Long Beach. Parking is a pain in the neck. Worth a trip. Get a reservation on the weekend.

So, it's Monday night and I'm out and about having some drinks at the bar. And out comes the manager Enrique. As I turn back to see what's the rattling all about I see him yelling at Ana which is one of the best servers there. This girls knows all the regulars that come in and knows her stuff.. Damn...
