A friend and I ate here for lunch after a tour of the queen mary. I had chicken Caesar salad and it was the best one I'd ever tasted. The view from this restaurant is beautiful. The service unfortunately was not as good as the food and setting. Our waiter said about two words to us the entire visit. After... More

As Chelsea was the only restaurant open on the Queen Mary due to remodeling of Sir Winston's and the Observation Bar and Art Deco Lounge, we had a wait of about 45 minutes even though the ship was somewhat deserted this night. The restaurant is part of the Queen Mary attraction that requires an admission fee as well as a... More

The Chelsea is quite a unique elongated small restaurant on board the Queen Mary. Curious as to what the area was in it's hey day and if it was used as a restaurant then, my guess is maybe lol, depends how historically accurate the design is. In any case it's design lends itself to more tables having a wonderful view... More

Chelsea was the only restaurant on the Queen Mary open for dinner during our stay, due to some remodeling in progress, and the menu looked promising so we decided to stay aboard for dinner. We were seated quickly, in poorly lit cafeteria level decor with great harbor and city light views. The staff was courteous, pleasant and efficient, and the... More

We are here three times this weekend. The food is good but average. I felt it was over priced but you are paying for the view and the luxury of eating on the Queen Mary. The service is good. Recommend it if you don't have other options.

We took a stop in our touring the Queen Mary to get a bite to eat. Prices were reasonable. The food was quite good. The wait staff very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was perfect.

I am an ocean liner fan and recently spent one night on the Queen Mary following a cruise. During my stay, I had lunch and dinner in this restaurant. Because the Promenade Cafe and Sir Winston's were closed, there were not many dining options on the ship. The room is fairly plain, but there is a nice view of the... More

This was the only restaurant open on the ship during my stay. It was convenient and good, not great.

We weren't able to make reservations but we planned on eating early so it wasn't a problem. We had 7 people in our party and had a window table with a wonderful view. The food was good, the service was as well. I had the clam chowder and a salad, my husband the spaghetti. Our son had the reuben. The... More

The food was good but a bit expensive. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Ask to be away from the doorway as the wind can be cold.

Thank Malonelo
